    The new black one the old xbox 360 elite has hdmi which should in thoery give you slightlt better picture if you have hd ready tv.

    A 120 gb hard drive as oposed to a 20 and some high def stuff I think….and a $80 price bump is pretty much it.

    Major difference between regular 360 and the “Elite” (Black) one is the HDMI connectivity and larger (120GB) hard drive.
