How much will the xbox 360 “Premium” cost exactly on the thanksgiving sale?

gonna buy an xbox 360 Premium on that day, some websites say that it will stay $349.99. I would rather buy it when it is $299.99. Does anyone know if it will be on sale, or if not, when the price will drop.
