How do I transfer my old xbox 360 profile info to a new one, on the same console?

I screwed up. on my xbox the region is screwed up. I now know I can make another account with xbox live, but can I transfer my old 360 profile to this new one, like my halo 3 records and all?

    My other point still stands you can transfer profile as in your question then yes you can transfer profile to anotherbut my other point still stands you can not transfer achievements or anything from one 360 to anotherbut my other.
