I sold an xbox 360 that didn’t work with the harddrive. But when i took it off it worked just fine. I sold it a few weeks before xmas and on xmas day they wrote to me that it didnt work. They had all the time to try it plus they told me it had a red light. I have researched it and it is the red cirle of death or something like that. the want full refund. they shipped it back and i have it with me now. they have 0 feedback. dont knonw if they opened up the system and took something out of it or if they switched the whole console. I have the box but dont konw how to match the serial number from the console to that of the box. please help and give advice on what i should do. thank you
