Do the new xbox 360 models have the Jasper motherboard in them yet?

I now understand the Jasper motherboard has been out in all the new xbox 360 models since September 2008. I will purchase one if the 360 has this new motherboard. Please confirm for me whether the Jasper motherboard is indeed out in all the new 360 models?
